It means what it says. MVIS is Make Javis. In the movies, the AI assistant belonged to one genius. We want to put it in a freight broker's office, in a neighborhood shop, and on the phone of a student facing college admissions.

  1. 01

    The record is the truth

    Every important task is written to the database first. Agents look things up instead of guessing, and after a server stops, work resumes from where it left off.

  2. 02

    People set policy, AI executes

    Automation that needs approval for every item is not automation. People set the boundary as policy, and AI works within it to the end. Where a person must stand in front, as with irreversible external writes, that is set separately.

  3. 03

    If it can't be verified, it's a warning

    No signal is not normal, it is a fault. If we don't know whether something was sent, it is not done, it needs checking. What we don't know is never shown as green.

  4. 04

    If it can be blocked, block it in structure

    Rules live in constraints and tests rather than documents. The best rule is one that can't be broken, and after an incident we fix the structure, not just the spot.
