Services/Freight brokerage automation
AiD CargoPilot
One KakaoTalk line becomes a cargo listing, and wherever it's dispatched, it matches in one place
A freight broker hands over accounts and the server runs the major freight networks on their behalf. No program to install, no moving truck owners. It uses the places truck owners already are and takes over only the broker's hands.
CHAPTER 1
Service overview
It merges the same cargo posted three times on three apps into one. One line from the shipper is the cargo entry, and one line from the owner is the platform update.
1 cargo = 1 master
Wherever it's dispatched, the status stays in sync in one place.
The messenger is the screen
Recognizes KakaoTalk text, images, and Excel, and asks back only for missing values.
Phone orders
By phone too, it asks back one item at a time, reads back to confirm, and takes the order in the same way.
Broker numbers
See calls, dispatch rate, revenue, and profit by owner, company, and region.
CHAPTER 2
Screen examples
What is said in the room becomes one row in the ledger. There is no step where the owner retypes.
One 5-ton wing-body truck, Seoul to Busan, tomorrow morning
Please give the freight rate and the full drop-off address.
12 Sample-ro, Busan. KRW 450,000
| Status | Route | Vehicle | Network | Freight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Awaiting acceptance | Seoul → Busan | 5-ton wing-body | 450,000 | |
| Posting | Pyeongtaek → Daegu | 11-ton cargo truck | 620,000 | |
| Dispatched | Incheon → Gwangju | 5-ton cargo truck | 380,000 | |
| Dispatched | Icheon → Ulsan | 25-ton wing-body | 840,000 |
When one network dispatches it, the orders on the other freight networks are cancelled automatically.
This is an illustrative screen.
CHAPTER 3
The flow of work
Follow one cargo from intake to settlement data.
- 01
Order intake
Reads words from KakaoTalk, phone, and Excel as an order.
- 02
Normalization and vehicle derivation
Re-derives the tonnage class from weight, pallets, and length, and never makes it up if unknown.
- 03
Owner acceptance
A person stands before any irreversible external registration.
- 04
Posting to freight networks
One acceptance registers on several freight networks together.
- 05
Dispatch detection
Checks the real status every minute. It doesn't trust stored values.
- 06
Auto-cancel and update
When one network dispatches, it cancels the rest, and revives them if released.
- KakaoTalk order recognition recall
- 93.7%
- KakaoTalk order recognition precision
- 94.9%
- Freight network status check interval
- 1 min
- Programs to install
- None

CHAPTER 4
The line between AI and people
AiD's principle is no per-item approval. Posting cargo is the one exception, because it is an irreversible external write.
What AI does all the way
- Message recognition and order decisions
- Asking back for missing values
- Vehicle derivation and freight rate reference
- Dispatch detection and cancelling the other orders
What people decide
- Accepting posting to networks
- Sending "Confirmed" to the shipper
- Correcting values and stopping
- Turning channels on and emergency stop
Each corrected value is recorded per cell and becomes learning material for the next decision. Actual posting to freight networks goes out only after a company turns its channel on.
